All Parties have committed to gender equality in all parts of the Paris Agreement, as stated in the Preamble. But, only 1/3 of the Parties have addressed gender in their INDCs, and none of them are from the global North. Therefore, an ambitious follow-up of the Lima Work Program is very much needed.
